PS3 PTA After School Enrichment Clubs

Winter 2025
We have partnered with the best to provide your child with a fun after school enrichment program. Below please find the PS3 PTA clubs, rates, and dates for the winter 2025 session. All classes will be held from 3:00 PM4:00 PM at PS3 (111 Bright Street).

Important Information

  • For the winter 2025 season, as space is limited, each child may register for one (1) After School Enrichment Club.
  • You must be a PTA member (https://frcps3pta.memberhub.store) to register your child to participate in Clubs.
  • Registration and credit card payment is online and starts on December 19th and closed on Dec 23rd for PS3 students. Full payment must be made or the spot will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made.
  • Fees: There is a non-refundable $40 administrative fee, the applicable vendor club fee(s), plus a credit card processing fee. The administrative fee is to cover the minimal operating costs of employing an experienced and dedicated Club Coordinator to manage and oversee the after school clubs daily.   • Since class sizes are limited and spots are awarded on a first-paid basis, your child’s spot will be confirmed via email after complete registration and full payment. 
  • Please understand a class with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled.
  • There are NO REFUNDS, except in the event of a class cancellation due to insufficient enrollment in which only the Club registration fee will be refunded. 
  • If your child is in the Extended Day program, do NOT register your child for an After School Enrichment class. Extended Day is important to your child's academic progress and supersedes the PTA After School Enrichment Clubs.
  • There will be no classes on January 20th, February 5th, February 11th, or February 17th.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • There are NO Refunds for any missed sessions.  Makeup session for missed Monday classes will be on 3/17, Tuesday classes will be on 3/11, and Wednesday class will be on 3/5.
  • If your child is in CASPER, a PTA escort will pick them up at dismissal from their homeroom teacher and escort them to the Club classroom. They will be returned to CASPER only by an escort directly following dismissal from the Club at or around 4:00 PM. Please understand your child MUST be signed out through CASPER. The PTA will not release your child to you.
  • If your child is NOT in CASPER, a PTA escort will pick them up at dismissal from their homeroom teacher and escort them to the Club classroom. Your child must be picked up in the lobby by their parent/guardian following dismissal from the Club at or around 4:00 PM. A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for late pick-ups. Any child who is picked up late more than three (3) times will be subject to dismissal from the club and no refunds will be given.
  • To ensure smooth daily operation of Clubs, you MUST notify the PS3 PTA [email protected] and [email protected] of changes in records information, when your child is absent, and when your child is taken out of CASPER or put into CASPER.
