Acting for Kidz

During this class, students will develop their ability to focus and expand their creativity by demonstrating their feelings and emotions through dramatic play. The children will work on narrative pantomime and participate in age appropriate theatre games. Additionally, they will explore moving as characters to music set to scores such as "Peter and the Wolf" and "Carnival of the Animals" and be guided through acting as characters using picture books, nursery rhymes, and Reader's Theater. Differentiated instruction will be provided accordingly.
