Kidokinetics is a children’s sports and fitness program dedicated to making movement fun and accessible. We introduce children to a variety of sports in a supportive, non-competitive environment where the focus is on building confidence, developing skills, teamwork, and healthy habits.
Please note this is a 45 minutes session. Children are to be picked up at 3:45 PM
